My practice as a Pascha Therapist is inspired by the belief that every person is a Soul with a purposeful path and the desire and ability to reach their full potential, both humanly and spiritually.  I have been an accredited Pascha Therapist since 2006, and my practice is currently located in Sydenham.  I offer a therapy service that is warm yet professional; subtle yet powerful; gentle yet able to create deep change in your experience of yourself and your life.

 

Drawing on my Pascha Therapy training, combined with my background of over 30 years as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I also support those working in a wide range of services by offering Professional Supervision.   As well as ensuring your optimal service to those in your care, this supervision will take your own needs, growth and wellbeing into account.

 

As a special offering for women I have created Luna House, an educational and therapeutic service providing a unique and empowering new understanding of our hormonal design, as experienced through our menstrual cycles, menopause and mature life.  The first of my coming series of books containing this knowledge, “The World Within Women: the femenome guide to your Menstrual Cycle” will be available in April 2021.
