My name is Reuben Ishrahm, and I graduated as a Pascha Therapist in 2020. The Pascha Method has helped shape me and the life that I live in countless ways, and it has supported me to see the true value and deep importance of the relationship we have with our feelings. 

 

As a therapist I provide clear, loving, and empathic support for wherever you are in your feeling journey. This support is true and genuine as it is deeply rooted in the part of me that has grown through my own emotional journey and all the support that I offer is parallel to the life I live myself.

 

Alongside my private practice, I work supporting students at Riccarton High School as a Guidance Counsellor, so working with young people is an area I am very familiar with, however as a private practitioner I welcome any individual or couple for an appointment.
